Having started this career in Arizona for more than 4 years, and was awarded as a New Agent of the Year, I took it with me here in this beautiful area of Middle Tennessee since 2016 and haven’t left since. 

It is easy to say that the excitement of viewing every home for each client never gets old for me. Each home has a character of each own while I can say the same for each client. I am always open to new challenges navigating the processes of purchasing or selling a home for each of them as it can be sometimes, a baffling process. There can be many of those challenges, as well, there are many joys, contentment and gratification. I believe, these are what keep me in the business. Moreover, patience and empathy are huge factors in helping them, as each individual client has a story of their own, no one should assume that they’ve walked on their shoes. 

Significantly, I am passionate in helping my clients obtain that piece of American Dream – owning a home. Therefore, I strive to get informative and familiar with the different grants available in the industry which can help clients with downpayment assistance or closing costs or it could be that I should negotiate with the other party to cover or lessen the costs of the purchase to successfully make their American Dream a reality.
