As the eldest in a large family, Natalie has spent her life playing the role of the Air Traffic Control tower, ensuring everything and everyone is in sync. That same dedication and organizational skill is instrumental in keeping the Niki Sparks & Team running smoothly.  She works behind the scenes to make sure everything is executed to perfection.

A true Southern girl at heart, Natalie loves the beach, boiled peanuts, and homemade potato salad. Her #1 favorite way to spend a day is with her two grandbabies, enjoying outdoor activities and making memories. Natalie is an advocate for others and takes pride in working with a team that values relationships over transactions, putting the focus on what truly matters: human connection.
