Meet Our TEAM

Gabrielle Hanson has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Williamson Real Estate covers Middle Tennessee, or as most people say “within an hour of Nashville”. Gabrielle is ranked in the top 3% of Realtors; Platinum Award Winner with Williamson County Association of Realtors for personal production of more than $20,000,000 annually. She is a former National Association of Realtors Committee Appointee, Tennessee Realtors Government Affairs, Tennessee Realtors Commercial Forum and an RPAC Chair with the Williamson County Association of Realtors.

In the residential market, she represent buyers as well as sellers, offering unique approaches to finding the ideal property and even selling properties in challenging economic conditions. We believe your transaction should be fun, exciting and loaded with detailed information so that you completely understand the process from start to finish and know what to expect. You’ll experience ‘concierge service’, the convenience of being available to clients on a moments notice, and offering assistance with packing, moving referrals, estate sales, utilities, inspections, and getting extra keys made. She will even be there to talk you off the cliff when you get close to closing. Her philosophy is a buyer should ever get too emotionally attached to a particular piece of property so that they can make a prudent decision to walk away if the bidding increases too steeply. 1031 Exchanges are a large part of her commercial activity. With vast nationwide contacts she can find a client property in any major market in America.

Gabrielle is a Principal Broker in the State of Tennessee, and a Managing Broker licensed in the State of Illinois.

I am a Nashville native! I began my sales success at the age of seven, selling lemonade outside of the neighborhood pool. I’m no stranger to the real estate industry with a family background in residential and commercial property. My representation of you exemplifies integrity, diligence and proficient service in every detail of your real estate transaction. If you are seeking new construction, I have experience working multiple aspects of the industry from a transaction processor to walking new developments with home builders.

I am devoted to family and her pups. Fitness is a year-round passion. I enjoy the serenity of the natural beauty Tennessee offers, taking time to kayak and hike frequently. Wanderlust by nature, I’ve traveled the world backpacking many European countries and Asia.

Licensed as a Realtor for over 4 years in Arizona and now Tennessee, I bring my New Agent of The Year Award winning service to Middle Tennessee! I have a strong background in listing and selling properties in every price bracket and an affinity for First Time home buyers. I enjoy helping them navigate the sometimes very confusing process of purchasing their very first dream home.

Who knew you could actually obtain a grant (or two) to purchase a home? I do! For many of my clients, this was their only path to having a slice of the American Dream. I can help you find resources for down payment assistance, closing cost assistance and other financial tools to make securing a mortgage a reality.

Whether you want to invest in multi-family, dabble in flipping in this hot market, buy or sell a home, I will make it happen!

I’m a wife, mother of two energetic girls and a driven real estate professional ready to serve you!

I’d love to speak with you soon, call or text anytime.

I am originally from Tahlequah, OK and have also lived in upstate New York. I moved to Nashville in 2001 to play Bluegrass music with my family who had a band and enjoy all the fabulous music this great city has to offer. Being in a band is a blast, but my favorite occupation is raising my four children! I still enjoy playing the acoustic guitar and mandolin as a hobby, but fell in love with real estate many years ago.

I originally got into real estate to purchase and sell properties for myself. So if you think you want to invest or be a flipper, I can bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Through the process I found that I loved working with buyers and sellers even more than being on the investment side, so in 2014 I became a full time Realtor. I presently have rental properties in the Nashville area.

I love to bake, canoe the Harpeth and visit the area lakes with my family. And yes, I still sometimes sing professionally! I serve all of greater Middle Tennessee and look forward to helping you buy or sell your next home!

Heidi Monti

Heidi was born in Massachusetts, raised in Michigan, Tennessee, and then spent 10 yrs living on Anna Maria Island in Florida. When her feet hit the ground in Nashville once again, it was like that magical Wizard of Oz moment of “there’s no place like home!”

Even as a young girl, Heidi was obsessed with houses. Her father would laugh when she requested that he slow down while driving through neighborhoods so she could see inside the lit windows of houses they’d pass at night. She is just as excited when she opens that door, trying to find that dream home for her clients!

She lives on acreage in Lynnville with her husband, horse Sweetie, and oversized puppy. Heidi loves the country life! Whether you’re looking for your dream home, get away, or hunting land, Heidi will earn your respect by working tirelessly on your behalf, communicating effectively, and offering candid advice. She strives to insure that your home buying/selling experience is stress free and of course, fun!

Heidi is a creator by nature, and designs/creates jewelry for upscale galleries in TN, FL, and NC, as well as repurposes furniture- from painting to reupholstery.

My family and I have lived in Tennessee for 22 years. During this time, I have gained knowledge about its rich history as well as the growth plans in store for its counties. Overall, I believe that preservation and evolution are both necessary as changes occur in our demographics and economic outlook.

My family and I love being able to call Williamson County our home. We have been a part of its school system, community events, sports, and spiritual centers. As a hobby, I design and create clothing. Several times last year, I participated in the Downtown Art Crawl to showcase my work and promote local businesses. The Arts and Culture of Franklin supports an individual’s talents and offers them an avenue to express their talents. The Heritage Foundation and other historical societies aim to keep the city’s story alive, and thousands of people visit this area each year.

I am devoted to helping people during important times in their lives, and my mission is to provide a customized plan of action for every client, which includes unbiased feedback and respect for their decisions.

I build relationships and pay close attention to everyone’s wish list and essential needs. Overall, I use an approach to each transaction that is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timebound. It is satisfying to see people reach their dreams, achieve their goals, and become part of a community.

I strive to stay informed on market trends and projections through continuous research and discussion. This information is vital because it affects a client’s options and determines the direction that we take. My pledge is to provide a “concierge” level of service that is delivered with style.

I represent my city and county as an Ambassador, interact with the Chamber of Commerce, Heritage Foundation, and the Williamson County Arts Council. Furthermore, my Social Work background equips me with the ability to advocate for a client’s rights and to remain loyal.
